Is Mekaplus suited to a motorcycle garage?
Yes, it is built for them: one record per bike with its successive owners and mileage, the two-wheeler model database, service templates in the catalog, the connected Bihr catalog and a counter for parts and gear.
Are my customers informed automatically?
Yes, by email and in your name: appointment confirmation with a calendar invite, a reminder the day before and a bike-ready notice. Customers accept or sign their quotes on their phone. Text messages are not offered yet.
How do I get an account?
Mekaplus has no online sign-up: an account is created on request. Click “Request an account” or write to us; we create your account and you receive a welcome email to choose your password, then you complete your garage’s information. The terms of subscriptions will be set out when plans open.
How will subscriptions work?
The terms will be published when subscriptions open.
What happens to my data, can I get it back?
Your data stays yours and is separated per garage. The catalog and stock export to CSV, the accounting export provides the FEC and CSV files, and a customer can be exported or anonymized.
What equipment do I need?
A recent browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Mekaplus also installs as an app from the browser; there is no app in the app stores.
Is Mekaplus NF525 certified?
Mekaplus is designed for NF525 certification: tamper-proof documents, a chained and signed fiscal journal, closings and verifiable archives. We will only speak of certification once it is obtained.
What does “optional features” mean?
Mekaplus is simple by default. Some functions (team, time tracking, cash register, assistant, etc.), included in the Advanced plan, are turned on in Settings › Features when you need them.
Is the AI assistant compulsory?
No. The assistant is optional and stays off until you turn it on. It suggests diagnostic leads based on your workshop’s history.
What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic includes the core (work orders, customers, vehicles, planning, quotes and invoices, catalog, stock, counter). Advanced currently adds every optional feature. Plan contents are set by Mekaplus and may change.
